How much do you charge for shipping?
Starts at $4.00 and increases based on weight of your order. You'll also be able to take advantage of FREE SHIPPING when you spend $125+ (no code necessary - just make sure to select free shipping at checkout)! You're also always welcome to pick up your order at our store in Burnsville, MN.

Tell me about candle refills!
We refill any jars you've bought from PPP for $11 for every 8 oz.! You can pick your scent (doesn't have to be the same as the one you bought), too! We can fill other jars too, but please check with Amanda (owner) beforehand since some jars aren't refillable. 
Notes:
*we do not ship refills.
*price = $11 per 8 oz. -- if your jar is less than 8 oz., we round up to the nearest 8 oz. increment. 
*you will get a text from the PPP team when your refills are ready.
*please pick up as soon as you are able.
*a $5/jar fee will be charged if your jars are not fully cleaned out. Ask us if you need directions!

Do you make your own candles + wax melts + room sprays + car fresheners + reed diffusers?
Yes! They're made one by one in our candle workshop!

Send me a message and tell me why you need to return it and I'll do my best to fulfill your request. Please note: no returns will be granted after 14 days from purchase. Sale items are final sale - no exchanges or returns or refunds for previous purchases if we're having a sale now.

Do you take all your own photos?
I get asked this A LOT.
Yes, boo. I'm also a photographer over at Uppercase L Photography! Product photos are so fun and I love to take a lot of my own!

Do you make anything else in your shop?
Pfffftttt...girlfriend, making candles, wax melts, reed diffusers, car fresheners, and room sprays takes hours and hours. Ain't nobody got time to get crafty with other projects ;) That's why I wholesale items from other small businesses that are WAYYYY better than I am at making some bomb-a** products! I do design a lot of the items in my shop and I also hire a graphic designer a bunch, so there are tons of things here you won't find at other stores!

My candle wick isn't staying lit! HELP!
It happens sometimes! The best way to prevent a candle from having wick issues it to trim those wicks EVERY SINGLE TIME you light your candles! Especially wood wicks -- otherwise you're just trying to light burnt wood. Plus, candles burn cleaner when the wicks are trimmed. Win, win right?

What ingredients are in your candles and wax melts?
Soy wax + phthalate free fragrance oils! My candles are free from carcinogens, reproductive toxins, and other potentially hazardous chemicals often found in fragrance candles and wax melts.

What are the burn times on your candles?
16 oz: up to 60 hours
8 oz: up to 26 hours

Do I get reimbursed for previous purchases if you're having a sale now?
All sales are for the minute they're launched and will not apply to any previous purchases. No refunds will be made for previous purchases (and remember, anything bought with a coupon or for a discounted price is final sale).
